I’m a service designer based in London. I have a particular interest in backstage, employee-facing services, and the evolving digital workplace.
I use process and data modelling, content strategy and digital marketing techniques, as well as Design Thinking, Lean UX and agile frameworks, to deliver services that work for users as well as the business.

- Management consulting at leading professional services firms, including change management, organisation design, and full-lifecycle systems delivery.
- Redesign and management of an employee communications service for a consulting business with over 3000 staff.
- User-centered design and digital delivery, for retailers, non-profit and startups.
