I’m a service designer with a particular interest in backstage and employee facing services. 

I use process and data modelling, content strategy and digital marketing techniques, as well as Design Thinking, Lean UX and agile frameworks, to create and implement services that work for users as well as the business.  

My experience includes: 

  • Management consulting at leading professional services firms, including change management, organisation design, and full-lifecycle systems delivery.
  • Redesign and management of an employee communications service for a consulting business with over 3000 staff.
  • User-centered design and digital delivery, for retailers, non-profit and startups.
