I use classic business analysis and modelling techniques as well as Design Thinking, Lean UX and agile frameworks to create services that work for the business as well as the user.  

I have over twenty years' experience in change management, process improvement, and project delivery, much of it gained at PwC Consulting and IBM on both external client projects and internal business change programmes.

My experience

  • Service design and and systems integration for a digital awards platform at a national STEM charity. I also helped the client develop the operations and product management capabilities needed to support their new offering.
  • Leading the adoption of agile practices within the marketing team of a European consulting firm, and delivering new marketing tools using the Scrum framework.
  • As employee communications leader for a UK technology firm, I was responsible for the businesses’ content strategy, design and delivery of communications, and change management support for internal transformation programmes. In this role, I completely redesigned the way we delivered communications, moving from traditional print and email to blogs, wikis, podcasts and social media.
  • Redesigning IT project delivery services at a satellite broadcaster, including organisation and process design, training, and change management.
